EMVO - Emergency Medical Vehicle Operator:
Position Overview: The primary objective of EMS is to provide safe and compassionate ambulance and medical transportation, while preserving patients' dignity and ensuring community safety.
EMS Personnel's job duties include provision of non-emergency convalescent transfer of patients, community event medical stand-by and response to emergency calls to assist in the provision of immediate care and transport to the critically sick and injured at the level of training and authorization.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Staff will provide structured, goal oriented and time limited Family Centered Treatment in the natural environment to families who need assistance recovering from a variety of issues surrounding substance abuse, mental illness, physical, sexual, and emotional abuse and neglect.
The position starts out part-time but will eventually transition to full-time work and is based around school hours as you will be working with children and families.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Once certified, the FCT Practitioner will complete all activities necessary to maintain certification from FCTF.
The FCT Practitioner will provide Family Center Treatment to families and guide them through the four phases of treatment in a timely manner.
The FCT Practitioner will complete and maintain all program fidelity documents in a timely manner.
Family Centered Treatment is a comprehensive treatment program that requires FCT Practitioners to make at least two, multi-hour sessions a week with each family system.
A FCT Practitioner is expected to spend an average of 6 hours a week with each client family.
Each FCT Practitioner will maintain a case load of an average of five, FCT-referred families. FCT Practitioners will work a mixed caseload (non-FCT clients and FCT clients) until a full FCT caseload is achieved.
A FCT Practitioner works a schedule that is flexible and able to meet the needs of each family they serve. This will often require meeting in the evenings and sometimes on the weekend.
The FCT Practitioner is a member of a team that meets weekly. Participation in team meetings are mandatory and require the FCT Practitioner to serve as facilitator and recorder on a rotating basis.
The FCT Practitioner will present cases to the team using the MIGS format on a rotating basis.
