Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and dependable Bathroom Installers to join our growing remodeling team. This is a performance-based opportunity ideal for individuals with strong installation experience, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards.Installers should be comfortable working independently or alongside a team in residential environments while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout the duration of each project.

Trial Period:

All Bathroom Installers begin under a 540-hour trial period. Upon completion of the trial period, both parties will review overall performance, workmanship quality, communication, reliability, efficiency, and future opportunities.Future compensation structures, responsibilities, and long-term working relationships may be discussed and adjusted based on performance and mutual agreement.

Compensation Structure:

This is a subcontractor (1099) position after 540 hours with compensation paid per completed project rather than hourly.

Installers completing a standard 1–2 day tub-to-walk-in-shower conversion may typically earn between:

$900 – $1,300 per project
