Trial Period:
All Bathroom Installers begin under a 540-hour trial period. Upon completion of the trial period, both parties will review overall performance, workmanship quality, communication, reliability, efficiency, and future opportunities.Future compensation structures, responsibilities, and long-term working relationships may be discussed and adjusted based on performance and mutual agreement.
Compensation Structure:
This is a subcontractor (1099) position after 540 hours with compensation paid per completed project rather than hourly.
Installers completing a standard 1–2 day tub-to-walk-in-shower conversion may typically earn between:
- $900 – $1,300 per project

Requirements & Tools:
Installer must provide the majority of tools and equipment necessary to complete projects, including but not limited to:

Per-Diem Policy:
