Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 
Quality Coordinator to oversee the quality and maintenance standards across resort operations. This position ensures that all units, amenities, and facilities meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and document the condition of resort units, facilities, and common areas
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address and resolve issues promptly
  • Track and verify completion of work orders and ensure tasks meet quality standards
  • Maintain inspection reports, records, and checklists
  • Monitor inventory and supplies related to quality control and property upkeep
  • Support management in implementing quality improvement processes
  • Ensure all areas meet company safety and presentation standards

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in hospitality, housekeeping supervision, or property maintenance coordination preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively across departments
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Must be able to walk multiple units and resort areas daily
