Position Overview: The primary objective of EMS is to provide safe and compassionate ambulance and medical transportation, while preserving patients' dignity and ensuring community safety.

Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team. This role combines purchasing, customer interaction, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where no two days look the same.

This position serves as the first point of contact at the front desk — greeting customers, answering phones, and coordinating walk-ins — while also managing procurement functions to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently. The individual in this role will also act as a backup for administrative duties and must be capable of assisting with office operations when needed.

Responsibilities

Procurement & Inventory Management

Source, order, and track materials, finishes, fixtures, and components for residential renovation and showroom projects.
Ensure all materials align with specifications, timelines, and installation requirements.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages, overages, or delays.
Maintain accurate procurement logs, vendor records, and order documentation.
Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve order discrepancies, backorders, and delivery issues.

Front Desk & Customer Interaction

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors.
Professionally handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service, including walking customers through the showroom when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office and reception area.

Administrative & Office Support

Support administrative functions such as scheduling, filing, invoicing and data entry.
Assist with project coordination and communication between departments.
Act as a backup to the Administrative staff, learning core responsibilities to cover when needed.
Help ensure smooth daily operations across office and project teams.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in procurement, administrative support, or customer service (experience in construction, renovation, or materials preferred).
Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with QuickBooks, BuilderTrend, or similar software is a plus.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude when interacting with clients and coworkers.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and background checks.
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in Business, Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to Relocate:

Morgantown, WV 26505: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Location: Davis, WV
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Pay: $12 – $14 per hour (based on experience)

About the Position:
